Girls Night Out!!

Last weekend Jason headed out with the boys for our friend Brady's bachelor party.  The boys went camping all weekend and did a little tubing.  A wife can only do so much when it comes to them taking pictures.  So I sent Jason with the camera and told him to take pictures, and of course he comes back with NOTHING! 

During this same weekend, the girls all got together to celebrate the bride-to-be, Abbey, at her bachelorette party.  She had 3 girls come in from CA and the rest of us were the WA crew.  We started the night off with a little pre-party at Abbey's house to enjoy some drinks and goodies.

We then moved onto dinner in downtown Seattle at the Hotel Monaco's restaurant called Sazerac.  The restaurant treated us well giving us our own little private room to celebrate.  And a complimentary "chocolate cake" shot for the bachelorette (not to mention she had a minor freakout and it took about 10 minutes to take the shot, which sounded so yummy).

After dinner we came back to Abbey's house for games, gifts and dessert.  Everyone else stayed over for a sleepover, but unfortunately I had to be the responsible parent and come home to take care of Coda since Jason was off camping.  All in all we had a good time being together and celebrating the bride-to-be.  Next up...the wedding on Sept. 5 in Napa!!
