Springtime in Lake Chelan

We had a week at our timeshare in Lake Chelan beginning on March 19th.  Since we were unsure of what there would be to do to keep us busy at this time of the year we decided to only stay for part of the week, leaving on the 23rd.  Much to our surprise there were way more people at the resort than we expected and quite a few kids around Cammy's age or older that were on their Spring Break.  So it didn't feel so empty there.  And what a surprise to see the lake so low when we arrived!

The lake on arrival day...so low!

A sunny, but chilly day at the lake

It ended up being a really fun 5 days of decent weather (no real rain, just clouds some days and a bit chilly), lots of indoor pool swimming, walking out on the beach where there is usually water, mini golf (of course!), and a trip into the town of Chelan for a little family bowling fun.

These two LOVE sleeping right next to each other at night!

Mini golf with dad

I guess she is still unsure of the swings

Hailey LOVES the swings though

This girl just makes me smile with her silly personality!

Cammy was always there to help Hailey roll her ball

As much as we keep thinking we have buyers remorse with getting this timeshare in Chelan, it's so fun to see how excited the kids are everytime we go there.  We of course have our favorite things to do when there, but it's also fun to find new things to do during the different times of the year that we have been able to go.  Making these memories for our kids is the reason we thought this would be a fun investment.
