Valentine's Day Festivities

Valentine's Day began on Feb. 13th for some of us. Hailey had her preschool party that I was able to join in for. We had a fun time rotating through stations making different treats and crafts. She was very excited to hand out and receive Valentine's this year since in previous years she has had to watch her big sister only do them.

On actual Valentine's Day we started off the morning with special treats and gifts on the table for the girls. We made pink heart shaped pancakes for breakfast, which was a total hit (especially after the whipped cream smiley face was added). Cammy had her class party in the afternoon and I was also able to join her for that. She got to do a few different stations with crafts and treats and I got to help the class pass out their Valentine's cards. For dinner my parents joined us for heart shaped pizza at Alfy's. We all decided they could have done a lot better on the heart shape, but it was still a fun Valentine's dinner.
