Welcoming a New Year...

You know you are getting old when staying home for New Years Eve sounds like a fun idea.  That was us this year.  Our friends Nick and Lindsey came over to spend the evening with us and ring in the new year.

Lindsey and I set up a whole scrapbooking operation while the boys went out shooting in the late afternoon.  Then we all got ready and went out to dinner at Pf Changs for a delicious NYE dinner.

After dinner we had an amazing chocolate fondue dessert spread...literally it was a spread!!!  Strawberries, raspberries, rice krispie treats, bananas, and gummy bears...all to dip in our chocolate fondue!  We were definitely stuffed after dinner and that dessert!

We then concluded our night with the girls doing more scrapbooking and the boys spending some time playing the Wii until midnight struck.  Can't you tell that we know how to party?!
