Thank goodness for family!!! It doesn't matter how far away they live, they always seem to be there for us when we need them. Jason had a manager training in St. Louis this past week and I knew I wasn't going to be able to handle taking care of Cammy, the pets, the house AND myself all on my own. So my wonderful mom came to the rescue and flew up here for the time Jason was gone so she could help me and get to spend some
much needed time with her granddaugter.
It's so much fun to have my mom here! Cammy and I take her around with us to all of our usual weekly happenings and some of our favorite places. And it's just nice for Cammy to be able to spend some quality time with her Grams at home too, showing her all of the things that she has learned how to do since the last time she saw her.
Storytime before bed
We took a trip to the zoo on one of the most amazingly sunny days and enjoyed a little picnic on the lawn while there!!! This is definitely one of our favorite places to go when we have nothing else to do!

She came with us to our Stroller Strides workouts, including the class I taught on Wednesday night, which just happened to be a themed class to kickoff summer...Luau style!!!

And I got her to come with us to the Run 26 Adventure Run that we do every third Thursday of the month. An hour of running around to get raffle tickets, but so much fun to do with her and our friends Nick and Lindsey!!

All in all it was a good week with Grams! We missed Jason a lot, but were thankful to be able to have my mom here for company and help.
THANK YOU MOM...YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
