Mini Lumsden Reunion

A few of Jason's extended family members, Tim and Kathy Lumsden (cousins of Jason's dad), Ken and Julie Kauffman (cousins of Jason's dad) and Josh and Liz Pilorin and their 4 kiddos (second cousins to Jason) were here visiting towards the end of July. Since we have some extended family, Betsy and Dan Leahy (cousins of Jason's dad) up here in WA, they decided to throw together a mini Lumsden reunion so we could all see each other and get all the kids together (a bunch of those cousins have kids who have had kids and all of those little ones are around the same age). So on July 23rd we gathered at a park for a special picnic, catch-up time and playtime for the littles.

It's pretty rare these days that we get back to CA, so to have the chance to see some CA family up here was a special treat. And what fun to get a bunch of our kids together. They all got along great and were sad to leave. It's times like these that I imagine how great it would be if we all lived close together and got together regularly.
