The First Two Weeks at Home

It's been quite an adjustment to learn how to work around a baby, but we are truly blessed to have such an easy and calm baby for the most part.  All she wants to do is sleep, even during feedings :)

We had an easy first few days at home because both sets of our wonderful parents were here to help.  The moms cleaned and cooked and the dads worked around the house.  Our freezer is packed full of dinners thanks to our moms.

Once Jason went back to work after Labor Day, it was a little more of a challenge to balance cleaning, meals, the pets, and the baby.  Getting out of the house was not even close to on my mind, no matter how bad I wanted to get out.

I love how she sleeps like this!

Bath time...look at that belly!

Progressively the days have been getting easier.  Cambrynn is getting somewhat of a schedule at night waking up only two times, around the same times each night.  And the days are just spent working around her sleeping times.  I LOVE having a daughter and could spend hours on end just starring at her thinking how amazing of a gift she is!  I can't wait to see where life takes her!
