On April 24th we flew back to CA to be with all the family as we celebrated my grandpa's 90th birthday!!! This was Hailey's first flight and our first flight with two kids. Lucky us...we had an empty flight giving us two full rows to spread out, Cammy was entertained by her movies and the in-flight snacks and drinks for most of the flight (towards the decent she kept asking to get off...
sorry little one, that's not really possible when you are in the air), and Hailey snoozed a bit and refrained from her
"happy screaming" (this is a new found trick she has learned and LOVES to do it whenever she feels necessary).
Of course we managed to stay busy seeing ALL the family. Family came from Santa Barbara, New York and Nevada just to be with all of us and meet the newest little additions to the family (Hailey and her cousin Bryce who is 6 weeks younger).
The sibs and our little growing families
My brother Russ and I with our newest little additions
(Hailey born Dec. 12th, Bryce born Jan. 30th)
Grams showing the girls a caterpillar
Cousins, Cammy and Tatum having movie and snack time together
Hugs from "auntie cousin" Jenna
(she flew all the way from NY!!!)
But the main reason for this trip was to celebrate this HUGE milestone of my grandpa turning 90!! Seems these days not many people make it that far. And to be honest, this guy still looks like he has many more years to go (he's in amazingly good shape for being 90!). He looks nothing close to 90 years old!! His party was a nice mini family reunion on April 26th and we were very happy that we could be a part of it.
My grandpa, the birthday boy!!
The whole party group
The cousins on my mom's side of the family
Great uncle Brad and great aunt Nancy with the new little family members

Loving up on my new nephew Bryce
Here's to many more years to come and a celebration for your 100th Birthday in 10 more years Grandpa!!!!
