First Day of Pre-K

Sept. 14th was another milestone day at our house...Cammy entered the world of Pre-K!  This is her last year in preschool at Kids at the Creek and next year she will enter the BIG world of public school as a Kindergartener...eeek!!!!

She has a "new to Kids at the Creek" teacher named Mrs. Martell and her assistant is Mrs. Sorenson. The year started off a little chaotic as Cammy's classroom was one of the few new classrooms built in their expansion and it wasn't quite ready to have kids in it yet.  So she started her first week in a temporary room (one giant auditorium separating classes by a little mesh fence), along with 3 other classes.  Thankfully it was only a week and then they were able to move into their new classroom!

Cammy loves going to school, wasn't phased about not having anyone from her class last year in her class this year (most of her friends from last year went onto preschool and not pre-k since she was on the older end of her group), and quickly is making friends!  We are so proud of her and can't wait to see what she learns this year!
