We Have a TWO YEAR OLD!!!!!

The sayings are all true..."days are long, but years are short", "they grow up before your eyes" and "time flies!"  Really I wish I could go without blinking sometimes because I just feel like I can't miss out on any moment (ok maybe blinking a lot during the tantrums is ok, but the rest I want to see every second of!).

It's hard to believe that we officially have a two year old in our house as of August 29th!!!  Seems too soon for it to already be two years ago that I gave birth to this 7 lb 15 oz cutie...

It's amazing to look back at all she has learned since she was born!  She now is talking in sentences that we usually can understand.  She sleeps through the night and still takes a good nap during the day.  She is beginning to use the potty at least once a day (usually just before bath right now).  She loves to be outside (the winters might get a little rough in our house this year).  She loves books, princesses, dresses, the movie Cars and Planes, coloring and still doesn't like to get too dirty.  And she is still a rather easy going kid who just loves life!

For Cammy's second birthday we were lucky to have G-ma and Grandpa (Jason's parents) and Gigi (Jason's grandma) here from California to celebrate with us.  We packed our day full of fun and were all exhausted by the end of it!

We started our day with a Jamba Juice breakfast (one of her favorite places to get a treat).

Just the birthday girl and mommy for the start of the fun!

Then we went to one of Cammy's favorite indoor play places (since it was raining) called Elevated Sportz.  The trampolines there are definitely a favorite!!

Crawling through the tunnel

After working up an appetite at Elevated Sportz we headed to lunch at Panera.

Then after an afternoon nap, we headed back out for a little girl time shoe shopping with Gigi and G-ma.  Let me tell you folks...this girl is a natural born shopper!!!  She doesn't waste anytime!

Trying on some pink suede boots that Gigi picked out

Shopping definitely got us hungry so we made out last stop out for the day a special dinner at Red Robin.

This girl loves her free birthday sundae!!!

Of course the day is not complete without a birthday treat at home and some presents!

Happy 2nd birthday to our beautiful daughter!!!

It was an extra special day spent as a family (and then some) and I think we rang in her second year the best way that we could...HAVING FUN ALL DAY LONG!!!!

Happy 2nd Birthday Cambrynn!!
