We woke up to a blanket of snow (7 inches to be exact) that cancelled school for everyone and allowed Jason to go into work a little later so he could enjoy the fun for a bit with us in the morning. The snow continued to come down to about 8.5 inches total by the end of the day. We had fun sledding, making snow angels, driving the dune racer and attempting to make a snowman (the snow was way too powdery to even form a ball). After playing out in the snow for a while we came in and warmed up with some pedicures. It was a great snow day (one of many to come)!

Pedicures to keep us busy on this no school snow day!
The remainder of this week and the entire following week were either a cancelled snow day or a 2 hour late start (we had a total of 5 cancelled school days and 4 late starts). The snow or the freezing melted snow kept us guessing every single day for 2 straight weeks! It felt like an early Spring Break except we couldn't really go anywhere easily. SO MUCH SNOW!!!
