They stayed at Jason's parents' condo about 5 mins from our house, so that was super convenient! We spent just about every moment we could doing things together, which was exhausting, but a total blast for the kids and us!
When they arrived in the early evening on the 1st we met them for dinner at Tablas. It was a fun little reunion for the kids, so great to see Bennett (their youngest...who was only 2 months old when they left) and just catch up in person with Nick and Lindsey. I wish we could have sat at dinner for hours, but you know kids...they always have a way of ending things sooner than you want.
Dinner at Tablas
"The Blonde 4" reunited again!
The next day while Cammy was at school I took Hailey and Brielle to Build-a-Bear so they could do the same thing that Cammy did with her friend Carli. So we met the Yanceys there and Hailey and Penelope made special matching bears to remember each other by. After Build-a-Bear, we had a yummy lunch at Panera and then parted ways until Cammy was out of school for the day. After that they came back over for a pizza dinner before the events for the night begin.

Dinner time fun!
Friday night was the girls night to go out. Everyone met at my house for a little pre-party until Lindsey was able to get Bennett to sleep and come over and join us. We then headed to downtown Everett for a night of drinking and dancing at a "new-to-us" bar called Fuego. It was a great night with fun friends!!

I sure have missed her!
Saturday we hosted an "open house" at our house for any of Nick and Lindsey's friends to come to so they could see them. It was a good time of eating, drinking, watching our kids play together and catching up with tons of friends. After this, a few of the guys hung around for the guys night events of poker and going to a bar. No pictures of the guys night because guys just don't take pictures like girls do!

So fun to have all of these Stroller Stride moms back together!
Sunday was a picture and lunch day. Lindsey had set up with our favorite photographer, Kristin Harris, a mini session with her and her 4 closest friends here in WA. We presented quite the challenge for Kristin with 5 moms and 12 kiddos! We had fun and a successful photoshoot! We enjoyed a well deserved lunch afterwards with the dads included this time at Diamond Knot Brewery in Mukilteo.

Sunday was our final day together, as Monday the Yanceys planned to spend in Seattle with her brother and then they would fly out early Tuesday morning. So after lunch and a few car naps for the kiddos we came back to our house for a little dinner and hang out before having to say goodbye.
Life felt complete again with this girl in it for the past few days
All of our adorable kiddos
We sure are going to miss these guys!!!
It was an amazing visit with Nick and Lindsey and kids. Our girls loved having Penelope and Bennett back here. It was a very hard goodbye, as we weren't sure when we would be able to see them again. Trips definitely get harder as more kids get in the picture, but our goal is to find a central place that we can all meet sometime soon. Disneyland in November????
